mEwa is one of those people who are always ready to help.
On a day-to-day basis, Ewa is a half MEWA team (Monika and EWA). Ewa takes care of the logistics of production orders, always makes sure that our raw material warehouses are always full and that there is no lack. Together with Monika, takes care of the variety of our kitchen’s supply of teas, coffees and other delicacies. Ewa chechs if all production orders are correct. She also takes care of the completeness of the documentation, where it starts her journey in production. Moreover Ewa also takes care of final quality control. One could say “Woman Orchestra”.
But, after all, it is not work alone that a man lives. Ewa comes from the Beskid Sądecki region, where she grew up and lived among mountains and forests, until she met a man named Wojtek from Białobrzegi at one of the local games (Wojtek is a technologist in our R&D department). Wojtek always talks about that moment as if he was shot by lightning or felt the Lord God touch him with His finger. Such were the beginnings of love at first sight between a Highlander woman and a Highlander from the lowlands.
Ewa (maybe because of her background, maybe her upbringing, or maybe she just has such a nature ) that she can’t do nothing. She is always everywhere. If she doesn’t have anything to do at her desk, look for her in the assembly department where she likes to help. You could say “Rocket Woman.”
The last but not least, Ewa is the mother of two adult children. Her daughter was an apprentice with us (she is exploring printing), and her son is an IT specialist and works for our partner, who takes care of our IT equipment. Simply put, a “Mother Pole.”
