Introducing Maciek Cykman, the leader of our Mechanical Department, who plays a pivotal role in executing complex production processes. Maciek is responsible for the precise CNC machining of enclosures and aluminium, cutting keyboard layers, and working with 3M adhesive foils. His team also handles the pressing of foil into key shapes – an essential stage in the production of our keyboards.
Maciek stands out with his strong sense of responsibility and meticulous attention to detail. As a leader, he not only manages the day-to-day operations of his team but also coordinates the activities of the entire Mechanical Department, ensuring that weekly order plans are executed according to schedule and in the proper sequence. He maintains constant communication with other team leaders, which enables smooth interdepartmental collaboration and the efficient delivery of even the most complex projects.
Maciek’s department is also responsible for managing the stock of foils and adhesives, where production materials are prepared. His team carries out numerous key stages of production, from the initial steps to the final tasks documented in the execution plan.
Maciek is a source of innovative ideas and creative solutions. His inventive approach continuously improves our production processes, which he successfully implements. Moreover, thanks to a great working atmosphere and a well-coordinated team, Maciek is always “catching up with the hare” each week by achieving even the most ambitious targets – a real challenge at times.
Outside of work, Maciek is an avid MTB cyclist and a cornerstone of our company’s cycling team, as well as an enthusiastic angler. His energy and commitment, both in the workplace and in his personal life, inspire the entire team.
