Elegant and functional aluminum enclosures for central control units

OKW present new aluminum profile enclosures SMART-TERMINAL. Superficially distinguished by a high-quality matte, anodized finish. However, we are delighted with its functionality and interesting design, they are solid and durable as well.

This enclosure offers a lot of space, so you can easily mount large electronic assemblies, e.g. touch screens, display modules or PCBs. A variety of technical solutions, the ability to choose individual length profiles, as well as the selection of accessories and other creative solutions make SMART-TERMINAL a great choice if you are looking for durable, industrial, but also interesting design enclosures.

Description of OKW SMart-Terminal:

• Available with end covers made of special plastic or optionally with a simple aluminum end plates
• Dimensions:

The offer includes 3 basic lengths of aluminum profiles:

– 160 mm

– 200 mm

– 240 mm

To the overall enclosure length with end covers must be added 42 mm or 4 mm when choosing an aluminum end plates

Width 170 mm, height 50 mm

• Lava (graphite) end covers made of high-quality ASA + PC-FR plastic
• Seals made of TPV material in gray (volcanic) or green color.
• The possibility of multifunctional use:

– tabletop

– sloping front

– wall-mounted enclosure

• flat areas facilitating installation of interfaces with recesses that protect displays, membrane keypads and other operating elements (SMART-TERMINAL 160: 5.7 “/ 14 cm, SMART-TERMINAL 200 and 240: 7” / 17.8 cm)
• horizontal PCB guides and screw channels inside the enclosure
• two-part aluminum profile makes it easy to assemble enclosure and other components without visible fixing screws
• side covers with a recessed surface to protect the cables and connectors.

Optional accessories:

• wall suspension element
• a case canting kit for mounting the enclosure at an ergonomic angle of 12 °
• a set of square-head nuts for PCB mounting.

Special sizes and versions:

• individual profile lengths according to customer specifications, minimum order quantity 100 items
• the possibility of ordering seals and end covers in other colours and visual features, minimum order quantity 200 items.
