INTRODUCTION
The controller of personal data collected through the website available at https://lcelektronik.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), i.e. the entity that determines how your personal data will be used, is LC Elektronik Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., with its registered office at Pułkowa 58, 01–969 Warsaw, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller” or “LC Elektronik”).

The Controller is responsible for ensuring the security of the personal data provided and for processing such data in compliance with applicable legal regulations.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and other currently binding data protection regulations.

III.A. EMAIL OR TELEPHONE CONTACT
The Controller processes personal data (such as name, phone number, email address, and other information provided) as necessary to respond to inquiries and maintain communication, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

If you provide special categories of personal data (e.g. health data), you consent to their processing for the purpose of handling your request under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR (explicit consent).

Data will be processed for the duration necessary to:

  • respond to the inquiry,

  • or until you withdraw your consent.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to receive a response. Without it, we may be unable to respond or provide service.

III.B. FORMS (CONTACT, OFFER, COMPLAINT)
We may collect personal data via forms available on the Website, including:

We comply with the Polish Telecommunications Law and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.

Data will be processed:

  • until consent is withdrawn,

  • or an objection is raised.

Providing data for marketing purposes is voluntary but required to receive such content.

III.D. FACEBOOK
LC Elektronik is the data controller for users visiting its Facebook Fanpage [https://www.facebook.com/LCElektronik], who interact via Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

We process personal data:

  • to manage the Fanpage and promote our brand (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),

  • to respond to inquiries via Messenger (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),

  • with consent when special categories of data are provided (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR).

We may process:

  • publicly available data (e.g. profile name, comments, likes),

  • direct messages including contact or health data,

  • analytics data via Facebook Insights (co-controlled with Meta).

We process data:

  • to reply to messages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),

  • with consent when special categories of data are shared (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR).

We may process:

  • public profile data and activity (likes, comments),

  • data from user messages,

  • analytics data (processed separately by Google).

  • to respond to inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),

AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED DATA
Using the Website involves automatic transmission of user requests to the server. This results in session data being logged, including:

These logs are used solely for administrative and security purposes and are not linked to specific individuals. Logs help detect threats and compile usage statistics (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).
